The Isle of Wight, at a mere 26 miles across at it’s widest point is small yet perfectly formed. It is famous for it’s 60 miles of coastline, dinosaur discoveries, beautiful landscape and wide range of annual events.
Over the years the Isle of Wight has attracted many luminary occupants including Tennyson, Carroll, Darwin, and David Niven. Current residents of note include Alan Titchmarsh. It was also the holiday home of Queen Victoria, if it’s good enough for royalty....
Check our attractions page for inspiration on places to visit and exciting upcoming events.
Brook Farmhouse’s stone stable block has been newly converted into four spacious holiday let cottages (the byword here is definitely luxury). A perfect base to relax, unwind and explore this unique corner of Britain, whether as part of a family holiday or a romantic weekend.
Browse through the photos and descriptions above to find your perfect cottage.
Living onsite at Brook Farmhouse, we are; Mike, Hannah and our children Fred (Aged 6) and Joey (Age 4). Along with the resident cat (Bruce), our dog (Maisie), our horses (Jake, Mr Hicky, Sky, Daisy, Ross & Sophie) and our chickens.
Between us, we have had a wide range of work experience over the years including:
Restaurant Manager, Customer Service Advisor, Music Scout, PA, B & B Manager, IT Support, Nanny, Cake Maker, Garden Centre Bonfire Maker (yes, this is actually a job) and Make-Up Artist for films including X-Men, Harry Potter, and Apocalypto and TV shows including Doc Martin and Game of Thrones.
Our fairly eclectic job history means we are well equipped to deal with any situation and as we have not only run holiday lets, but also stayed in plenty, we have a clear idea of what you expect. Expectations not only from the cottages but also from us. Never imposing, but always here when you need us for anything; from extra towels to local tips and recommendations that you won’t find in your travel guide.
Above all we are people people, we look forward to meeting you and making your trip to the Island a special one.
