The cottages, renovated from the original stable block, and the farmhouse itself have been sympathetically restored to the highest standard, offering light and spacious rooms whilst still retaining a cosy feel and period charm. They offer the perfect base to explore our charming Island.

This beautiful 1820 Farmhouse was renovated in 2019 to provide superior luxury holiday accommodation for up to 14 people. The stunning Brook Beach is a mere 5 minute walk from the Farmhouse and the surrounding Area of Outstanding Natural beauty provides a quiet, picturesque backdrop with walks in all directions. The property has 5 large, light and spacious rooms all of which are en-suite, 2 of which have balconies providing stunning panoramic views of the surrounding countryside.

Mike and family are so welcoming, it's a home from home beautiful setting, very clean comfortable cottages, beyond what we expected, I would have easy stayed a month there it was beautiful and if there's a heaven then this is it, for me I recommend this place its the best place I've stayed at in all my years staying in any accommodation.

Everything about our stay at Palomino cottage was fantastic. Mike was incredibly helpful before our arrival - providing useful tips on travel and shopping and we were greeted with a friendly welcome upon arrival. The cottage was beautifully presented and had everything you could need - It felt like being in a far more tranquil home away from home. The location was fantastic, with the beach just a few minute walk away. Thanks for allowing us to have a brilliant and much needed trip away from busy life. The cottage was absolutely perfect in every way - I wish I could've taken the bed with me! I'll be recommending to anyone I know going to the island!

Brook Farmhouse Cottages make a great base for exploring the Isle of Wight. The location is stunning - in the heart of what we thought was the nicest bit of the island. The accommodation was modern, clean and comfortable. Mike was always on hand if we needed him but never intruded. I would highly recommend!

Cannot imagine how you could find a better place. Everything about it was perfect. The best things are the location, the spotlessness, the homemade cake, and the bathroom. The cottage was perfect. Spotlessly clean, wonderful cottage, comfortable bed and the ideal location. The best part of the island, from our point of view. 5 minutes walk from a beach with dinosaur footprints. You can't beat that! We'll certainly be back.
